 HÅLLBAR FRAMTID

HÅLLBAR FRAMTID is an AI-powered decision-support project that empowers volunteer-run, non-profit organisations on the Swedish island of Gotland to identify, compare and prioritise the energy-saving and broader sustainability measures that best fit their budgets, buildings and missions. At its core are two tightly integrated components:

  • a multilingual conversational AI agent that guides users through either free-text dialogue or structured forms, asking clarifying questions and translating answers into tailored advice; and

  • a constantly updated library of >50 locally relevant energy- and sustainability-measures, automatically scraped, quality-checked and classified to ensure each recommendation is technically sound, cost-effective and policy-aligned

Together, these elements give sports clubs, cultural associations, community centres and other non-profits sustainability insights normally reserved for large organisations—at zero cost and with an interface designed for various levels of digital literacy

Website

(launching later in 2025 – URL to be announced)

YAGHMA’s role

YAGHMA is responsible for the execution of the project, including:

  • architecting and coding the Hållbar Framtid platform and knowledge library,

  • custom-tuning the underlying language models (based on Mistral),

  • automating data ingestion, trust-scoring and classification of new measures, and

  • leading business-model, IP and long-term maintenance planning

Duration

1 April 2025 – 30 November 2026 (20 months)
