About this position
At YAGHMA, we assess the non-financial, non-technical aspects of new technologies in various fields to help our clients and research project partners make a positive impact on the world with their innovations. To stay on the forefront of the research on social, ethical, governmental, legal and environmental impacts, we participate in various European and International research projects where we assess non-technical, non-financial aspects of the innovative solutions proposed by the project partners. Currently our focus is AI Impact Assessment aspects in health, manufacturing, energy, and mobility fields.
We're launching an innovative SaaS solution for AI Risk Assessment and are looking to strengthen our core team with enthusiastic, driven individuals ready to shape the future of responsible AI.
As YAGHMA’s lead account manager, you will be responsible for the expansion and retention of SurikaS’s Customers (our Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) product) by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all sale and post-sale commercial conversations, including mid-cycle upsells and renewals. As a trusted advisor to the customer, you will deeply understand their business needs and align SurikaS’s solutions with their objectives to help mature our customers’ compliance and AI Trust work.
The goal of your work is to achieve overall net revenue expansion of the SurikaS customer base, as measured by Net Revenue Retention. You will ensure customer’s AI Risk Assessment and compliance goals are aligned to their company growth needs and with SurikaS’s solutions.
What you’ll do as an Account Manager, Enterprise at SurikaS:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Develop a deep understanding of SurikaS’s current product offerings and take initiative to learn SurikaS’s product roadmap to speak confidently when addressing customers.
Understand customer health, ensure close strategic collaboration and execute harmonious communication to accounts.
Define and communicate the specific benefits of SurikaS appropriate for each customer, including making sales materials and demos.
Collect insights from prospects for our product development process.
Collaborate with the rest of the team on account plans that identify new opportunities for expansion with current customers to increase their usage of SurikaS’s platform via new frameworks, AI tools, etc.
Manage the entire sales cycle of any expansion or renewal opportunity from first meeting to close, negotiating where necessary and pulling in additional internal resources where appropriate (solutions consultants, subject matter experts, etc).
Manage our sales pipeline, improving and maturing our sales process and playbook.
Accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn
Keep a relentless focus on the customer needs and provide a consultative approach in architecting a solution.

How to be successful in this role:
Have 7+ years experience selling to or managing customers, full cycle sales or related roles.
Strong ability to prospect and build pipeline without assistance
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messagin
Be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjus
Able to effectively collaborate with the SaaS product development team
Previous experience in AI Risk Assessment and compliance is not required, but highly desirable
Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline generation, and account plannin
A deep passion for SurikaS’s mission of empowering AI Trust with clarity and compliance
Conditions and selection process
In the role, you will travel to meet external project partners. We prioritize working form our office in Delft. The position is 60-100% depending on your availability and qualifications.
